МОНО- ТА БІФУНКЦІОНАЛЬНІ ІМПРЕГНОВАНІ ВОЛОКНИСТІ ХЕМОСОРБЕНТИ РЕСПІРАТОРНОГО ПРИЗНАЧЕННЯ

Узагальнені дані щодо розробки імпрегнованих волокнистих хемосорбентів (ІВХС), призначених для спорядження газоочисного устаткування і засобів індивідуального захисту органів дихання від газоподібних токсикантів кислотної та основної природи. Для отримання ІВХC основних газів у якості імпрегнуючих реагентів використовуються водні розчини багатоосновних кислот та солей 3d-металів, поглинання токсикантів якими відбувається за рахунок реакцій нейтралізації та комплексоутворення. Для одержання ІВХC кислих газів були застосовані водні розчини карбонату натрію та уротропіну, що містять структуруючі добавки, а також водні розчини на основі моноетаноламіну і поліетиленполіаміну у вигляді їх нелетких похідних з більшою молярною масою. Значне поліпшення захисних характеристик ІВХС було досягнуте шляхом введення до складу вказаних розчинів різних модифікуючих добавок – промоутерів. Розроблені моношарові ІВХС-амфоліти (ІВХС-А) респіраторного призначення, які в залежності від обставин здатні поглинати як кислі, так і основні гази (пари), наприклад SO2 та NH3. Розроблені хемосорбенти кислих або/і основних газів (ІВХC-І, ІВХС-АІ), момент “спрацьовування” динамічної поглинальної ємності яких можливо візуально визначити за зміною забарвлення протигазових елементів під час “проскоку” сорбтиву.
