Анотація

Огляд присвячено аналізу виконаних у ФХІЗНCІЛ МОН і НАН України робіт, направлених на розробку імпортозамінюючих сорбційно-фільтруючих матеріалів респіраторного призначення – імпрегнованих волокнистих хемосорбентів (ІВХС) кислих газів, що виготовляються з використанням стандартного обладнання, а також доступних і дешевих хімічних реагентів та носіїв вітчизняного походження. Хемосорбція SO2 волокнистими носіями, імпрегнованими етаноламінами, поліетиленполіаміном, відбувається лише при наявності “вільної” води з утворенням на поверхні носія “онієвих” сульфітів, гідросульфітів та піросульфітів. Для отримання ІВХС кислих газів рекомендується використовувати продукти конденсації N-вмісних органічних основ з формальдегідом з більшими молярними масами ніж у основ, комплексні сполуки амінів з 3d-металами, солі амінів з амінокислотами і багатоосновними кислотами. Значна частина досліджень присвячена розробці ІВХС з індикацією “спрацьовування” динамічної поглинальної ємності.
